Clk creaking noise

I have taken my clk sport to a Mercedes specialist after I noticed a bad squeaking noise he couldn't identify the problem and ended up changing an arm and suspension spring that was snapped. The creaking noise is when I break hard or sometimes turn on full lock.

Any ideas?
