clk320 (1999) Cabin upgrade

Hi,
Just taken the plunge and just bought a 1999 CLK320 (Swopped my 'R' reg 520iSE and hope it was a good idea).
While I have some spare cash I would like some ideas on upgrading the dashboard/interior and maybe the headlights.
The dashboard looks like a factory fitted unit. I understand there are one or two upgrades, ie commander units and chrome parts. PLEASE INFORM ME OF OPTIONS, SUPPLIERS AND APPROXIMATE PRICES.
The interior also looks like it is factory fitted (full leather). again PLEASE INFORM ME OF OPTIONS, SUPPLIERS AND APPROXIMATE PRICES.
The car already has a multifunction steering wheel, retractable wing mirrors, full electric seats, parking sensors (F&R).
The headlights are bog standard and depending on the price I may want to upgrade to Xenon lights, again some ideas please.

Please try to assist a new Mercedes conscript.

A cheap option to extract a bit more light is by using the state of the art replacement bulbs. I used some Osram Silverstar, much brighter than standard stock.
