CLS 320 Flashing instrument panel - URGENT HELP NEEDED PLS

Hi Guys

My battery on the cls 320 (2007) went dead this morning so i called out rac to have it restarted. After the car was restarted with jump leads the engine was left running for 45 mins and starts fine now.

However the instrument display panel above the steering wheel keeps flashing on and off intermittently, the stereo does not work, the clock dial spins around the headlights flash on and off randomly, the parking sensor shows red lights on the interior panel and when the car ignition is turned on a funny sound comes from the interior display panel.

can someone please help

Sounds like you need a new battery, plus I'd have my alternator checked weak voltage can throw up all manor of strange happenings.
