Comand ntg 4.5, C Class W204 2011 facelift

HELP..........PLEASE
My comand has gone completely bonkers...it starts up, then just keeps on rebooting every 20-30 seconds
Had it in at both a specialist and into the main stealer both saying the main head unit is F**ked...maybe the hard drive has gone....thats fine because these are only £3200.00 from Mercedes Parts

Any chance anyone on here has a unit I can purchase or would know where to get one...please I can't take driving around in total silence for much longer

Mine does that if my wifes phone is in the car and enabled.
Just a thought, but try disabling any phones.

Thanks, I've tried him but he will not let me collect it....I need to check the part number and he can't give me that either

do an ebay search for the seller 'naviandbmwparts' he usually has some for sale. He's based in Lithuania but don't let that put you off as i bought my upgrade from him which is perfect. I'm sure he'll give you the serial number.

Command online for a repair..highly recommended by people on here on a regular basis

Hi All, I finally had this fixed by an excellent company based in Manchester, but they will travel to wherever is convenient, it required a whole new comand head unit fitted and coded by Si in around 30 minutes, excellent service and he can fit cameras, trackers, DAB etc
All this for a fraction of what I was getting quoted elsewhere - Cheaper than chips!!
