Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the pin code for my w220 comand unit, have looked thro the paperwork and cant find it there, would MB have a record?

Do you mean the security code? But Comand should not have that.

Sorry I forgot to mention it is the pin code for the telehone operation.

bluetooth? comand does not have in built bluetooth so you must have some external kit such as a viseeo?

I'm not sure about the W220 but some W211 Comand units have BT support even if not BT HF profile. But the pairing code can be freely selected, just the same code needs to be entered from the phone and Comand.

If it is the SIM car PIN code, then of course it is the same as the phone asks when it is used alone.

If it is a BT adapter like ViseeO or the MB BT HF adapter, the appropriate pairing code (I would not call it a PIN) needs to be used (62872 or MBUSA for the MB adapter).
