There is also a Japanese version that works well but it does not work as the buttons are labelled but rather in an alternate sequence.

A 220 820 28 89 does work with Command 2.0

You just have to press the buttons for 2 seconds to work as you correctly said! A silly mistake from my part!

THE UNTOLD STORY....

THERE IS NO FULLY FUNCTIONAL REMOTE FOR COMAND 2.0 (D2B=> C, CLK, SL, ML, E)
At least definitely not with a d2b w203

Even the European version remote A 220 820 28 89 does not work completely with Command 2.0.
(for example when you are on fm radio and you want to press the cd button to listen to a cd the cd remote button does not work, you have to press the cd button from the comand...)

It is fully functional only with comand 2.5 (D2B=> S-CLASS)

The remote on my comand 2.0 worked all the options including CD, Radio, NAV etc. I have an MPEG somewhere showing A w203 comand working remotely. I'll dig it out later..........

With my remote I can go from Radio to CD. Just have to keep the button pressed for 2 seconds
