COMAND - Telephone caller display

Even though the name & number are in the COMAND 'phone book when I get an incoming call only the number shows up on the display. Is this normal or should it, like the 'phone, display the name of the caller ?

I have the same problem, K750i and Comand APS (with disk version 4.0) in a 2005 C Class coupe. When the 'phone rings only the number is displayed on the Comand and dashboard display. I was lead to believe that the name of the caller should be displayed, (as long as it is in the phone book). I would really apprecicate any asssiteance to fix this problem.
