COMMAND DX volume

Hi, since upgrading Sat Nav with 2006 disc on my 02 W203, the lovely ladies' voice is hardly audible. When instructions are given, music volume goes to min. The differential volume is set at 10 (max).

Any ideas, Keith

have you tried turning the volume dial while the voice is giving directions? I'm not sure if this is linked to the differential volume but it does turn up the voice volume independently of the background volume.

Hit the "repeat last instruction" button and while she's telling you "navigation is not active" turn up the volume.
