Greetings! I take 5 minutes out of my schedule of exam procrastination-I mean preparation, to flag this site that I found on metro:

http://www.fivepounds.co.uk/

Apparently, you register with them for roughly £10 a month and they pay the congestion charge for you, without you needing to worry about the fines!

I don't travel in the zone often enough to pay the £10/month but that is a really good idea!!!

I was reading more into it. Personally, I think its a great idea; but they are slightly ripping ppl off with their prices for the "normal" user. It WOULD be usefull for someone that goes there often though... Anyways, I extracted a list of hteir costs:
- £5 Joining fee (refunded with first bill)
- £10 Monthly charge
- £15 Leaving fee

The only fee I REALLY have troubles with is the leaving fee, but other than that; for someone that goes very often in the area me'thinks its a great idea :)

Now, lets see how long it takes the congestion charge ppl too see their fine revenue drop enough to warrant them declaring the site illegal :p

Typical...

I wonder if they are so efficient and speedy to issue refunds for wrongly issued fines...
