Greetings! I take 5 minutes out of my schedule of exam procrastination-I mean preparation, to flag this site that I found on metro:

Apparently, you register with them for roughly £10 a month and they pay the congestion charge for you, without you needing to worry about the fines!

I don't travel in the zone often enough to pay the £10/month but that is a really good idea!!!

I was reading more into it. Personally, I think its a great idea; but they are slightly ripping ppl off with their prices for the "normal" user. It WOULD be usefull for someone that goes there often though... Anyways, I extracted a list of hteir costs:
- £5 Joining fee (refunded with first bill)
- £10 Monthly charge
- £15 Leaving fee

The only fee I REALLY have troubles with is the leaving fee, but other than that; for someone that goes very often in the area me'thinks its a great idea

Now, lets see how long it takes the congestion charge ppl too see their fine revenue drop enough to warrant them declaring the site illegal

If they are only in it for the C-charge why do so? The answer is obvious: they have banked on collecting fines for late payment created by their system.

I wonder if they are so efficient and speedy to issue refunds for wrongly issued fines...
