Connect iPhone 5s to E250 Sport (2010)

Can anyone advise me the best leads/connectors to buy so that I can connect my iPhone 5s to the glovebox auxillary port in my recently purchased E250 Sport Saloon (2010).
And also where I can buy them, or order them online?
I've read about the Apple Lightening to 30 pin adaptor, but what cable do I need to connect that to the Auxillary port?

Is the connector in your glovebox a small round hole - if so, you just need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm lead from Maplins or many audio shops

If it is a rectangular complicated thing, then you need to determine whether your stereo is "COMAND NTG4.5" or not.
If it is full colour satnav, and at the end of the menu list is the ability to go online (although your phone may not support it), then this is the lead for you

else, you need this and a genuine Apple 30pin -> lightning converter - don't use cheap ebay one it wont work
