Cost to fit in car DVD and other questions

Can anyone give me a rough guestimate on the cost of having a DVD player and 2 flat screens in the rear of the front headrests professionally fitted?

If the DVD player goes in the boot would it be better to buy a autoloader?

One more, would I need additional kit to play music DVD's through the car stereo audio output (so we can all hear the music but rear seat passengers see the video as well) but when we play movies the audio goes through headphones for rear seat passengers only ( and we listen to the radio/CD player in the front)??

Is that possible or am i re-inventing the wheel?
