Err i'm sure i know of one that ran well with the cats emptied "coughs" - if thats the problem?

Try a stainless manufacturere to make up a full system, lot cheaper than MB

What year is your ML? I'm thinking of upgrading exhaust on my ML55. It is not damaged in any way, just want more rumble.

I think the 55 one is different, hence the deletion of spare wheel underneath.

It splutters and has a MASSIVE flat spot. I've tried everything and i've finally convinced myself that due to the car not picking up any signal from the Lambda then thats confusing the air/fuel mix.

It only happens when you give it some beans which my MRS doesn't ( her daily driver ). The baffles in the exhaust have also gone so its a bit rattly on start up.

Somes cool though as its got no cats at the minute with one silencer.
