hi there i wonder if anyone can help weve got das star which works fine on later vehicle but with older vehicle it reads the dtc and also clears some of them but it wont allow me into the modules it trys to enter hht-win (which i beleave is the hand held tester emulator).
it opens the hht window but then give the message communication is cut.

any idea would be greatful for the help.
