Dashboard Removal Help Please (W203)

Greetings Peeps

Now that i have a couple of weeks off, i am working my way round the car sorting those things that i have been putting off . . ..
Speaker replacement is under way, amd i am tempted with replacing stereo with new/amp etc. . .
Anyway - I need to remove the dashboard to expose the 2nd evaporator to sort the aircon but am in need of WIS/instructions etc to achieve this.

Can any one help??
