do i declare claims i have made off another parties policy?

i.e. someone has hit me and i make a claim off their policy not mine?

well that adds another £150 onto my premium
that sucks balls

that is the cheapest lol
im now paying £810 fully comp with 0 NCB at 20 years old.

The standard question is 'have you had ANY claims or losses in the last 3 (or perhaps 5) years'.
So yes you have to state everything.

That seems far too much - are you sure you've described it properly, as a no fault accident where you made full recovery?

In theory you could claim any extra premium back off the third party, but I've no idea if anyone has ever successfully done that.

maybe he lives in reading and the insurance have been watching too much road wars
