Does MB provide a courtsey car and if so what cost?

Just had an A service at my local dealership, as a cash customer if I'd wanted a courtesy car it would have cost me money, I enquired about service plans and was told that a courtesy car was free if I'd take out a plan. HTH

They had two cars on site a 19 plate C class and 17 plate E class - the C class smelt of smoke so we got the E class, no charges 50 quid deposit and needed to return the car with same amount of fule and undamaged otherwise they would take the 50. My car was repsired and took 4 working days.

Just dropped my car off and they gave me a 2019 C63 Estate. No mention of any charges, just a limit of 150 miles per day.

I usually just bring a laptop with me and wait at the customers waiting area. It takes between 2 to 4 hours depending on what needs doing, so not so bad.

But then this is in part because the idea of a A200CDI loan car was never particularly appealing (no offence to any owner).

But had I known I could have a brand new C63 to play with for the day... well next time I'll ask what courtesy car they are offering!

I know of one main dealer who charges £50 for a loan car for the day.

I don’t use that dealer.

never had to pay for a loan car.
In my last MB service for my E Class, the dealer charge me £10 for the courtesy car with an empty tank!
