Does my W211 E270 have a DPF??

It's a 2004 model. I'm thinking about adding 2 stoke mineral oil to the fuel to see if it makes it smoother and quieter but I don't want to do any damage.

No .I have the same model with the same engine .mine is noisy too.how many km does your car has ?

It will transform it........so quiet around 3mpg more and a cleaner more powerful burn.
I don`t have a DPF and the tailpipes are not black with soot only black on the inside nothing on the rim or on the rear bumper.

If after trying 2T then miss a dose out and see the difference as it goes back to what it was before.

I have used for 2 1/2 yrs now.

You want 2T semi synth.

KeithJG: why semi synthetic? I always used mineral in my M47 engined Rover.
