Door courtesy lights

I intend to replace the red courtesy door lights on my 2008 c180 saloon. Rather than randomly stab at them with a screwdriver, can somebody tell me whereabouts on the light i should apply a lever to pop it out?

Their is a how to on UTube. Think I put in How to change mercedes door light.
I got a guy showing you how to fit projected door light but it's the same method of removal and fit as the door light.

Either side, just put a screwdriver behind and gently pull. You'd really have to try hard to damage them.

Thanks for that. I actually used mostly fingernails and pulled it out. I replaced then with 'puddle lights'. They project a MB logo onto the ground, all very naff and chintzy and i think they are so cool...!!!

Lol...least yours has power, took mine off after reading this: never seen them working. Bulbs in them.... yup no power supply cables.?? C class AMG sport negative I think.
