Dpf or no dpf!?

Hi All,

Apologies for another DPf thread, I have been trying to figure out whether my car has one or not!

WDD2040082A0984651 IS THE VIN NUMBER.

Its a 2007 (57) W204 C220 CDI SPORT.

planning on changing oil etc and theres a lot of different info out there, so I figured this would be the best place for info!

Sooty exhaust tips? No DPF. Clean exhaust tips? DPF. no?

No dpf on a 57 plate c220 cdi. Yours will have the om646 engine- this is basically a modified 2.2 engine from the w203 series.

I've got the same year/model car and mine doesn't have a dpf.

I have a 2007 57 plate and no DPF also pay £200 or so road tax so that will tell you. A dpf was optional at that time, arbitrary in 2008 i think
Glad i don't have one though
