Driver's door storage pocket loose

The door storage pocket on my coupe seems to have worked loose. It's the section right at the end of the door which would be covered by the seat squab when closed. Any suggestions please as to how it should be fitted into the door?

What I meant to say is are there any plastic clips that might have broken off or is the door pocket screwed on? I can't see anything on the loose part.
