DTM Sport badges

Called my local dealer to order the w202 DTM sports badges with the Part Number A2028175920 - he checked the computer and said that it was no long possible to buy that part.

Is that right or is he talking tosh?

For older models accessories are discontinued and could perhaps be possible. Try another Stealer with the part no. and se what their response is.

Are they meant to be that big? its nearly double the existing badge size? anyone here got some fitted? - check the crome star for scale.

They are meant to be the same size as the standard Elegance side badges. Can't remember the exact size but it does look big!

EDIT: I don't know if the DTM ones are meant to be double size, but that is huge!

mmm, what I thought.

Although the 'Sport' text part is the same size as all the other badges - with the additional Car picture bolted on. - virtually the same height as the rest.

That said, if it was a normal size one wouldnt the text be to small to read if it was sharing the space with the picture? (hope that makes sense)

I'm thinking the same, PM Koolvin as he has them on his car, so he'll know.

The DTM sport badges are bigger than the normal sport badges.
The original sport badges I took off my old car were more or less half the size.
The letters "sport" are more or less the same size on both badges.
