Hi I have some AMG alloy wheels with wider at the rear (265 35 18) and 245 40 18 at the front.

My rear wheel is buckled upon removing the wheel I noticed the part number starts with A211 however the only similar looking replacement I could find fits a CLS with part number A209.

Can someone tell me that I will be able to fit it to my car without any issues?

Thanks

209 is from a CLK and the offset will be different to your other wheel so it, I'd assume, not drive right.

Forum member Mabz was selling a full set of your wheels, might be worth getting in touch with him and seeing if he will split them.

The only way you could fit the CLS wheel would be as a pair on the rear. They would stick out about 10mm more than the W211 ones.

I think the part number may have been A219 rather than A209...
If they stick out 10mm would it be a problem? I mean they wouldnt touch on the arches or rub the inner edge of the tyres?

Cant you just get your original re trued?

Tony.

Its cracked and then a bad repair (still not round in shape) made the drive really bad. Just put off it really.

If you can get a pair of rears, they will fit if they are CLS AMG rims. The ET is 28 and the correct ET for a 211 is 39, so yes, they'll be further out by 11mm and look good. Nothing should foul the bodywork.

Excellent..
I have checked my old wheel and it's ET35..The cls 1 is ET39 so 4mm?

any ways I shall swap them and see how we get on.

I'm in bournemouth next monday with family. Are there any nice places to take the kids? apart form the beach

replace both rear if your changing to the CLS wheels otherwise it will drive funny, it may also rub if you lower at a later date.

Excellent..

Take the 6 mile drive to Poole Quay, park up in the multi storey and take a boat trip around the islands, or one to Brownsea Island for a few hrs.

If you fancy a little further afield, a nice drive to Lulworth Cove is a great day out for the whole family. Its about 20 miles from Bmth.

If its really nice, take a walk along the seafront from Bournemouth toward Durley Chine. A nice pub right on the beachfront where you can watch the kids while you have a pint:D. About 25mins walk.
There's crazy golf and stuff in Bournemouth gardens as you approach the beachfront, so plenty to do.

Excellent, thanks for that.

Just to let you guys know I have now put the alloys on and the car drives perfect.

Would still be interested if anyone has a spare set for sale.

Thanks
