e270 2004 whine

I have a whining car. Been doin it for 3months . From the front iv recon the turbo and changed the egr cos of limp mode. Took v belt off and still bloody whines. Drivin me crazy. Only load at low speeds.

Check the turbo spindle for play.

The cartridge was taken out and ballanced? It only whines between 10-20 thous revs wen foot off the gas . . And wen I park the car facing up the hill . No whine. im baffled

Check your steering fluid level. A very small amount added to mine fixed the whine.

Whine is present with belt off. . Thinkin torque converter or turbo bearings.. had turbo cartridge changed. Or maybe engine trans mounts.
