Hello everybody!
Sorry for my English, I'm Russian. I have E270cdi W211, 124tkm.Does somebody khow why cold engine starts OK but hot or warm starts not? My friend tell me "Be calm, guy! It's only fuel pump dies!" But I hope he's wrong...

Surely it is still under Warranty???

Have you taken it to the Dealer for Diagnostic check??

Of course no. Was bought in Germany 1 month ago. In my city (Brest) there isn't DC dealer/workshop. The nearest is in Minsk, 350 km far from. I have BOSCH ESI(tronic) in my laptop with data of 03 qrtr 2004, but this soft contains no diagnosys for engine control units, only airbags and ABS/SBS systems are available.

Sounds like a trip to Minsk then?

How about a Telephone call to their Service Manager and discuss fault with him.

Thanks, I've got the address long time ago... But our dealer workshops have one aim - money! My friend has Sprinter 416 CDI 02 yr, and he was replasing his fuel pump (owing water in fuel), on abovementioned workshop was told him replase fuel injectors too, all 5 ones, due to they couldn't start engine after pump was replaced. But in Brest one mech reassamble injectors, and engine runs OK! So is more clever to visit our neighbour country Poland, waiting for Monday with great hope!
