As above, whats the difference between the two?

Same V6 engine, different states of tune. Lots written elsewhere on this forum on the two. Both thought to be fast & smooth. 280 quite quick enough. But no more economical i believe. Later models better iirc

The 280 is 190bhp, the 320 is 224bhp.

They're the only differences I know of.
