E300TD Value

Hi Guys,
My E300TD is going to have to go, any ideas what it might be worth, as it needs a couple of small jobs and I'm not sure if its worth doing them, details are:

99 'V'
E300TD Elegance
Black green (Met Blue!)
132k
Full and documented history, (I've done last 60k always mobil 1TD)
Body all done earlier in life but bits of rust in couple of places.
coming up over last year
Needs rear elec window repair and air bag light intermittently comes on

does it have leather?

Its a nice colour with a reasonable mileage and I think the late model 300s are better than the early 320cdi's - my thinking would be that the 300 is powerful enough and less complex (= less £££ when it goes wrong).
Neither of those jobs would be hugely expensive; why not get them sorted and advertise for around £3k?

Yes I've been told its the very last of that type, I just wanted a giude, I,ve had people tell me its worth between £2k and 3k (a big difference) I'll probably get the jobs done, stick it on E-bay and see what happens

Having looked at others I've put it on at about £1000 less than comparable ones at £1500 starting price and no bids!

Either I've picked a bad time or they have dropped in price, I think I'll just keep it if its not worth that
