E320 S211 Avantgarde - Whats it worth

Looking to sell my S211 E320cdi.
Traventine Beige Metallic ( see my avatar and profile)
12 Months MOT 5 Months Tax
93k Miles Full Main Dealer MB History - all old MOT,s etc
Fully loaded incl Command Sat Nav/sunroof/xennon/folding towbar and electric.
7 Seats - Elctric soft close tailgate and load cover.
Every concievable extra (i think) and it all works!
I need a really decent van i.e vito or similar.
This is the best Estate you can possibly want or get today!
Can anyone give me a valuation as to how much to advertise it for?

Electric Glass Sunroof (rare), Bi Xennon Headlamps (can be swithced over for continental driving) with washers, Electric/heated folding door mirrors, Dual Climate control, Auto dipping rear view mirror, Command system with 2011 Sat Nav Europe, DVD player, 6 CD changer, Electric front seats including elec headrests, Dynamic Driving seats with massage, Electric adjustable steering wheel , Nokia telephone hook up, Chrome trim door plates and MB Overmats front and rear, 7 Seats (2 in rear with seat belts) Factory Fitted folding towbar and 13 pin 12v electric socket, Adjustable "mood" lighting for interior, Soft close tailgate and auto electric load cover.
Very rare Traventine Beige Metallic (better than silver IMO) unmarked Sand Leather interior, rear armrest/drinks holders.
It also benefits from all the usual standard stuff you expect on a car of this quality.
Full MB SH, All MOT's and service sheets, 2 keys and all handbooks.
Just had over 2k spent on new torque convertor, front brake discs and pads, Auxilary Battery.
Next A (minor) service due in 7500k miles. Still has Mobilio cover for europe wide recovery!
4xYokahama "decebel" tyres last year with 7mm tread all round.
This car will provide years of reliable motoring, great family car which will return 40mpg on a run and about 33mpg around town.
