E350 cdi sport. w211. Judders sometimes under acceleration

my 06 plate, E350cdi sport, sometimes when you put your foot down....it judders and sticks in gear......you have to let the power off totally....and gently accelerate again.


in sport mode though....never does it.

wife uses C mode though.

i know....i've told her to leave in S mode.

its just had a service at mercedes and they've said its a sensor, they estimated 700 to repair?

Hi Manortim, did they tell you which sensor was it?
I have a 2006 w219 cdi and it once happened to me also. I always have it on Comfort,so i don't know if its a comfort/sport thing.
