Hi all

Has anyone fitted an LSD diff to an e55

If so was it worth it?

Did it help getting the power down more? And make a more involving drive

Any advice on improving an imense car appreciated

Thanks
Kristian

I havent fitted it, but the previous owner had it put on as a PP option, excellent on coming out of corners and on lift off, only driven one without LSD and you notice how much the traction light comes on without it.

IMO a LSD is a must on a E55k. It's much more fun to drive, the power is put down better and the tyres wear evenly. There are three possible options. Not all lsd's are the same either. 1. Standard mb 2. Quaife 3. Renntech

I have seen a Carlsson are these ok?

I think Carlsson and Kleemann both use the Quaife, there is a fourth option which is Wavetrac.
