Email Whilst Abroad

Whilst abroad last week in antigua i tried to send emails via my laptop.I could recieve mail but it would not send any.

My provider is the old freeserve/wanadoo account.The only way i could send mail was through webmail.

When i got home all was fine.Am i missing something as to why it didnt send any from wanadoo/freeserve.

Is it normal just to use webmail whilst abroad ???.

You need the SMTP service of whoever you connect through when away if not using online/webmail

If you need it again let me know and I'll find it for ya!
