Maha, you'll never find the perfect car if you keep looking for problems ...they're are issues or known 'forum scaremongering' in all manufacturers, buy a car with good history, condition look at how the owner treats/talks of the car ( if buying private ) and you wont go wrong.
If your worried about the airmatic,SBC, ABC etc.. balancer shafts, timing chains. Stick to something more manageable. I purchased my car eyes wide open if a problem arises I get it fixed regardless.
Forget after market warranties, put away x a month and forget about it, then it's there if a problem arises.
