Hello I would like to ask if I can put on my vito 113 (2012) engine from vito 115 (2006)
Ive got both whole cars

The 115 is a 646 engine. Very doubtful it would have a DPF.
The 2012 is a 651 with DPF.
The 646 would never meet the emissions rating of the later model Vito, so I don't see how it could meet MOT requirements for that alone.
Then you would need the ECU to go with the 646 engine, and communicate with the SAM in the 2012.
The loom would need follow the 646 also.

All doable, but no easy task.
But it would still be an MOT failure, imo.

Are emissions not based on the engine fitted not the vehicle age or plate, the plate value becomes irrelevant if it doesn't have original engine.

I know someone who engine swapped a vehicle got it officially changed on V5 and now doesn't get emission tested (Maybe visually) because the engine is pre emission test age.

Some of that is more than I know.
But there is a sticker on the passenger B pillar. The MOT tester should look at the rating on that and then see if the vehicle complies. Remove the sticker and the tester should then allow up to 0.7 whatevers. Would the 646 meet 0.7? I doubt it.

But if you can get it reclassed there is only the electrics to consider, the mechanics would be straight forward(ish) imo.
