ESP ABS Run flat not working

Mobile roadside assist called at 9.30am.

Plugged in his X-entry computer, which indicated a wheel sensor problem NSR.

Took the car for a short ride, which showed that the problem was in fact the ESP control unit!

Just my luck - £800+ to replace.
Not a chance . These faults daisy chain. Keep going backwards it'll point to a faulty cd player. 😁

I’d be wary of that diagnosis, the control unit may well show a problem if a wheel sensor is faulty. As suggested above, change the wheel sensor first.
Technician cleared all faults, and after a short drive the suspect wheel sensor was showing normal.

Each time the faults were cleared, the ESP unit consistently showed as being faulty.

You spend £28 on a wheel speed sensor 1st . Common sense prevails .

Change the NSR wheel sensor first, easy to replace DIY.
