ESP Issue

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me out here, had a few instances where I'm driving along, put my foot down and all of a sudden the ESP warning triangle will illuminate solidly and a message will come up "ESP unavailable see owners manual" or words to that effect. Also I won't have any power, I press the accelerator and nothing happens, pretty dodgy seeing as how this has happened at motorway speed.
When I pull over turn it off and on again its absolutely fine. Odd.
Ive just had the fault codes read and here's what it has come up with, few errors here but they mean nothing to me, hopefully someone can shed some light before I go spending loads on diagnostics.

I'd start with the "Control unit 'Combustion Engine' is not coded" fault.

I should also mention its had the secondary cats removed and resonator.

Could you reproduce the fault everytime you put your foot down.

No it's only happened about 4 times (although I've only had the car for a month and a half) always under heavy acceleration.

Can you message pm or email me your chassis number there is a couple of known issues but need to check to if the chassis falls in to the range of the faults

Thanks mate, what email should I use? I'm actually talking to Paul at the moment about getting an LSD off you guys, will be raining up to pay either this afternoon or tomorrow morning. But yeah let me know the correct email to use and I'll get you the VIN.
