I was told as they switch all to Glasgow, and Edinburgh and Glasgow don't have the same holliday, a while ago the city of Edinburgh was on holliday but not Glasgow, but the Edinburgh Trade branch was open as the Glasgow call centre was open as usual, the next week, Glasgow was on holliday but not Edinburgh, but as the main call centre Glasgow was shut, Edinburgh had to close to the trade...
