Eurocharged Pulley and remap.

I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Paul from Eurocharged (Savman) getting a remap onto my C32.
I ordered the Euroflash and cable as I already had the pulley.
The day the cable arrived Paul was in a meeting but he took the time out to ensure I could install it that day. He also kept in touch to ensure I knew he when he would be available.
Later in the evening whilst installing the remap I had a warning message come up from the software and I sent a text to Paul, within minutes he called me and talked me through the procedure.
He could not have been more helpful and I can thoroughly recommend him as excellent person to deal with.

I got the warning message too but didn't realise there was a procedure when you get it, I just started the car!

Not a procedure as such. Just DO NOT turn off the key if the engine won't start. Reflashed it and all was fine as the warning was worried about finding zeros and not ones.
