Exactly

If you order online for home delivery -
a) You pay the surcharge & this is refunded upon return of your old unit (needs to be sent back to Wembley either by post or via a branch)

If you collect in store -
a) Pay the surcharge, and get it returned by the store upon return
b) Bring in your old unit, and no surcharge payable


Unles you go for the RTX unit, which has no surcharge as its a new unit!

im sure the fact that you can return the unit instore (and thus to return cost) and you have a warranty back by 115 nationwide branches, is worth paying £1.50 extra
