Hi all,
I'm about to fit my W202 with an MPGuino MPG gauge. It uses two signals to calculate MPG:
(1) VSS clicks per mile; and
(2) Injector pulse time in mS
I know I can find out (2) by looking up my injector part number, so will post on here if I get lost doing that.
It is (1) I am having trouble finding out. I propose tapping the VSS feed to the audio unit (which this forum says should be present on my facelift W202. the difficulty I have is tellign the MPGuino how many clicks - 1 mile.
The website which details setting it up is here:
MPGuino - EcoModder
A (roughly) similar vintage E class is listed as being 160000 per mile on the MPGunio site. Surely MB uses the same ABS sensor accross models?
Does anyone know the answer to this, or a way i can find out?
