Faulty Horn

Can anybody tell me where I can locate the fuses for the horn on 1997 SLK 230. Only one is working, and I need to find the fuse to check if this is the problem, but cannot see any horn fuse anywhere.

If one is working I doubt it will be the fuse unless they are on separate circuits. I would check the contacts/connections on the horn itself.

May just have given up the ghost and need a new one.

Only one of mine works - not an MOT failure, and as I have never had to use it I will not bother fixing it.

chris, it will almost certainly be the horn itself. they are powered up as a pair, and it is common for them to fail. if ordering a new on beware that they are different frequencies, 333hz and 400hz from memory.
