Folding Mirrors

My 2003 S class fold the mirrors when i lock the car but when i unlock and open the door they unfold but the drivers mirror doesnt unfold all the way, it nearly unfolds completely but not quite so i have to finish it off with the button on the door, is there some sort of reset procedure to cure this problem? tia Chris

Spray plenty of WD40 in there when the mirror is folded. It will soon free up again.
