Formula 1 2025

Torn between 3 teams.

Obviously still got a soft spot for Mercedes.

Ferrari, but only coz I'd like to see Lewis win an 8th, and take the outright record.

And McLaren, coz they race, in Orange, nuff said.

And finally the team, I absolutely DO NOT want to win, Red bloody Bull.

🙂👍

Is the grid a true reflection of pace or might the teams that didn't make it to the front row have compromised qualifying pace for a better set-up for a wet Sunday?

Could be some degree of compromise, but one of the teams said that some adjustments are allowed for ‘changes in atmospheric conditions’, so I think today’s session was a good insight and with 6 teams in the top 7 places, pretty close. Ferrari have work to do.

All that said, Melbourne is an odd track and tomorrow’s weather could be anything. Hopefully a good race.

My Heart goes out to Oscar, the Mclarens are going to be a hard act to beat this season
Red bull has the wrong no 2 driver next to Max to compete for the Championship
George got a free podium don't know why he was acting like it was fought for.
I don' think some of the rookies are ready yet, could make with too many safety cars in the future.
Looking forward to China, hopefully with some dry running.

The conditions were desperately difficult today. Don't be too quick to judge the rookies just yet when the same errors were performed by the experienced hands of Alonso, Sainz and Piastri.....:dk:
