Formula 1 2025

I do hope it’s a totally boring, predictable McLaren dominated season. 😁

Obviously joking. Hope it’s unpredictable and exciting. Hope Lewis does well. Hope Williams thrive. Hope RB struggle. Hope McLaren excel.
I agree as well: Hamilton grew up in Herts, so he’s my ‘local’ driver, and I’ve been round the Williams factory, so I feel some sort of affinity with both.

But on the other hand, I often drive past the RB factory. 🤔

Stayed overnight at Milton Keynes on Sunday so thought I'd pop into RB before heading home on Monday morning. Free access to the Trophy room and gift shop (Pre-booked tour would have been £300.00

I was OBVIOUSLY dressed in my McLaren Orange trainers but they didn't seem to mind!

They don't have a big doorman with a broken nose who says "Sorry, no trainers" then?
No, they have someone handing out tenners to anyone that wants a chat with Christian Horner. Cost them at least £20 this year already… ;)

^^ Still too early to call IMHO, looks pretty tight :)

Also with rain predicted for Sunday, I’m wondering if there may be some compromise setups in play.

I'm seriously torn this year. I really REALLY want Lewis Hamilton to win an eighth title (ninth really, but that's history...), but I really REALLY don't want Ferrari to win. I may be wrong, but the impression I have is that Ferrari are so far up themselves all the rest of the world can see is the soles of their shoes...

I would like to see Hamilton win an 8th WDC title, it remains to be seen if he (and the car) will be quick enough.

It’s been a while since Ferrari have won a championship, could be on this year. They are very proud and passionate of their F1 heritage. It’s a massive honour in Italy to be involved with Ferrari, especially in F1.

I’d prefer someone other than Red Bull and Verstappen to pick up the pots this year. But as long as the season is closer between teams and drivers and Max doesn’t simply run people off the circuit, I don’t care who wins WDC really.
