Any idea what this is please chaps?

Thanks

Looks like an ipod/phone cable.. Are you sure that front end piece doesnt unclip?

It looks like it flips backwards to expose the ipod connector.

Got it!

The Parrot Mki9200 instruction book calls it a "Music cable binding system" to connect an iPod, USB stick or audio player.

I'm impressed.

Easy to pair my phone

Been messing with the USB stick with music on and streaming mp3 from my phone over Bluetooth.

The volume over the car speakers isn't massive as it's controlled from the Parrot remote not the cars amp

However, it is a great gizmo

You do realise that you should have stripped your entire dash and then claimed on your warranty to resolve the resultant squeaks ?

Ho Ho!

It's totally squeak free - it's remarkably quiet for what it is. Had it up to 80 and there wasn't appreciable any wind noise either. Thrum from the tyres was about all.

They may not have wired it in correctly...

Try an ipod/iphone connected to the ipod lead, it should work through the cars amp.

Thanks Jay,

I've just tried it on the USB input (I don't have an iPod) and the car volume control doesn't work.

It's all controlled from the Parrrot remote.
