full or semi oil for 230k

what is the better oil for my clk 230k full or semi synthetic also what grade ?the service booklet is a bit vague, the last md service was esso ultra

Hi

When i had the 230K i used Mobil 1, prior to that dealer used Ultra or Ultron not sure which and the service book went with the car.

Go for Mobil 1 and at least you will know you have good oil.
