If you go to your dealer , take a notepad and paper and note down the vin of a car with the item your looking for and go to the parts department . they should be able to track the item for you.

I have a silver shark-fin dummy ariel going if you want it? It's self adhesive so u can stick it where you want it...

Its not a mercedes made product I don't think. I know i've seen them elsewhere but can't remember where i'm afraid. I saw a few S class' with them last time at the dealer, I thought someone somewhere had a lapse of thought in the planning, as they've hidden the antennas for the radio and TV in each pillar, and I think the rear window also has some sort of ariel inside it. Why they couldn't include the GPS antenna too I don't know....

I don't think this is an oem item but if I get chance I will check the catalogue for such a thing. Won't be a dummy though, it'll be the real thing.
