Well hats off to Mercedes-Benz of Oxford
I started off rather peed off with them this morning after they sent me the wrong pipe needed for my car. One quick phone call and it was all sorted out. New correct part on the way with an apology for any hassle caused and I get to keep the incorrect part to "do with as you wish sir" (and no he didn't mean shove it where the sun don't shine
)
Oh and in the few weeks in-between me ordering the part and ringing up today, the price for the pipe has gone up from £17.71 to £47 !!!! But no extra charge incurred to me.
I always have had great service from MB of Oxford via Inchcape.
To be honest I much prefer using them than actually going to MB of Sheffield in person.
