Gearbox problems, any ideas?

Hi I'm a new Mercedes owner. Purchased a e320 avantgarde 2003. Love the car! Just started to get some gearbox problems. It's an auto and as it changes up when you pull away is shudders. Any ideas welcome plz?

If its what I think it is you won't love it anymore, radiator has leaked into the gearbox through the twin core radiator, will need a glycol test on the gearbox oil to confirm.

Torque converter possibly.

As above......... new radiator and possibly torque converter if test proves positive
