Genuine Mercedes Apple IPOD Kit for A Class (W169) and B Class

Afternoon All,

I have an original IPOD kit for a Mercedes A Class/B Class. This was purchased and used in a 2007 W169.

The kit cost me over £300 from Mercedes at the time - willing to take £150 for it. Based near Heathrow. Let me know if you are interested

Was this on an audio 20 or comand? & what's the fitting procedure?

It works with non-command.

Fitting is quite straightforward and not as daunting at first glance, here are the instructions I followed:

You can buy the tool from Mercedes-Benz Parts, Inchcape - costs around £13 when I bought mine

Looks a little confusing, does it need to be coded or is it just plug & play, displaying track names on the dash & utilising steering wheel controls to change tracks?

It's plug and play and yes it uses the steering wheel controls and displays the tracks in the instrument cluster.

Although the instructions look daunting at first, it's pretty straightforward once you start.
