No ..I do not read though the hole forum before posting , when I saw it I thought others would like it and posted it ...do people like to moan about every thing on this forum ...yes , it's getting to the point where people will not post at all

You made a mistake, someone pointed it out, you predict the demise of the forum because of this.

Genuinely, it's not such a big deal.

Yes, many threads have the subject line as 'Help needed' or 'What do you think of...' etc.

Something concise and informative would be helpful.

Said that... some threads take off in weird directions, so by the time you get to page 22 there is very in the subject line actually relating to the current content...

It's nothing against Deane x but I point them out for 2 reasons.

1. The OP may have missed it and so it points them to it. This keeps posts on the same subject together.

2. Makes it a lot easier when searching and saves cluttering up the morum with duplicate threads (look how many we get on ECP discount codes!)

it does however seem to annoy some members as they think it is the 'double thread police' and somehow is extends the finder's manhood. Not the case (well not in my case) I do it to try help keep the forum tidy, in the same way I report spam posts/threads.
