Hi All
On my 2001 S320cdi there is no glow plug light when I turn on the ignition.
On reading my user manual, am I right in understanding that if there is a fault with the glow plug system that the light will not show when the ignition is turned on.
I understand faults can also show with the light staying on after the engine is running but I have never heard failure to light also means a fault.
Will this be a glow plug relay fault or individual glow plug fault?
I know during my recent star printout that a fault was logged with 3 and 4 glow plug and intend to change all the glow plugs when I learn how to do this, and have the courage to tackle it in case they are stuck.
Don't remember seeing anything on the star report about a faulty relay
Thanks
Chris
